SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local courier service disruptions.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will normally update within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at tientai25112003@gmail.com.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
